We offer free shipping for all US orders that are $50 or over (before taxes, after discounts).

We currently offer shipping outside the U.S. via USPS First-Class and Priority Mail International, UPS Standard, as well as DHL. Shipping rates, options and transit times will vary based on the package weight and destination. DHL is the fastest service (3-5 business days). DHL rates are comparable with USPS Priority and often times less expensive. USPS First-Class is the least expensive option, however, it typically takes 1-3 weeks in transit. UPS Standard typically takes 2-7 business days. Further delays in delivery time can occur if held up in customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
Please allow 1-3 bushiness days to process an order. Shipping estimated delivery times do not include processing time.
We accept returns on orders that are unopened and unused. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase you are eligible for a full refund in store credit. All refunds and returns must be within 30 days upon receiving products.
Products that are out of stock will have a pop up tab on the right hand side of the page that says, "Notify Me." Please enter your email address on the product page. We will notify you via email when the particular item is back in stock.
Yes. Items are available for pre-order. You can email us and we can place the product on pre-order for you on our website, as long as the product is not on backorder with the manufacturer and we have an ETA.
Gift certificates are sent electronically to the email address in which the order was placed. E-gift cards can be printed at home or forwarded via email with instructions to the recipient. Once gift certificates are issued, they are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates do not expire.
If you wish to return a product(s) that was purchased using a gift certificate, the portion of the order that was paid for by the gift certificate will be refunded back to the original gift certificate.

No, all of the products we carry are certified cruelty free and are not tested on animals.
We personally test each and every product so our customers don’t have to. We have been using most of these products for years and have been customers of the brands we carry. We review the ingredients of every product and each ingredient is cross-referenced with the EWG Skin Deep Database to determine its safety rating.
Yes, we do carry a selection of both vegan and gluten-free products.
Yes, we offer samples on all our products. We recommend trying samples before you purchase a full size of a product.
